Till date we have done this program in more than 25 corporate of Anand & Vadodara city, We are currently managing 500 crore plus asset in financial industry and we are based in Anand, Ahmedabad and Vadodara city. We play major role in changing individual’s life, currently we are managing portfolio’s of more than 6000 Individual’s.
This is purely an Education camp, through this we educate employees on how they should manage their money effectively so that they can live a Financially stress free life this will not only help employees but also to the employer, There was survey article in Economic Times on 11th October, 2016 which says that more than 50% of India Inc. Employees are thinking about their Personal Financial Problems during office hours which is directly affecting the productivity.
We are in this profession since last 18 years, so far we have interacted with more than 5000 no of people. When we ask them what is the main reason for changing the job? Majority of them says that they were getting less salary in the previous organisation But in my experience it is not the salary or income that is the problem, it is, the way they manage that salary they earn that is the problem because when they were earning Rs. 20000 p.m they had financial problems, when they start earning Rs. 50000 p.m then also they had the financial problems & now if they earning more than Rs. 100000 p.m, if you go & ask them they have more financial problems than before.
The Main reason for such financial stress and financial problems is actually not the Salary or Income, it is the lack of knowledge & lack of discipline about the Management of money.
And that is where we come into picture to educate them through this Financial Awareness Camps, however they should manage their money effectively & efficiently so that they can meet all their present requirements as well as future requirements & live a Financial Stress Free Life & make them ready to face any situation with confident.
